These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the DPF Global website and any purchase made through it. By placing an order or otherwise using this site, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
Our Products
DPF Global sells aftermarket diesel particulate filters (DPF) and diesel oxidation catalysts (DOC), manufactured to OEM specifications. These parts are not manufactured by the vehicle's original equipment manufacturer. It is your responsibility to confirm product compatibility with your specific vehicle or equipment (make, model, engine number) before purchase and installation, and to ensure that installation and use comply with the environmental and vehicle regulations applicable in your province or territory.
Orders & Pricing
- All prices are listed in Canadian dollars (CAD) and do not include applicable sales tax, which is calculated automatically at checkout based on the shipping province.
- We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including in cases of pricing errors, stock unavailability, or suspected fraud. If your card was charged for a cancelled order, you will be refunded in full.
- An order is only confirmed once payment has been approved by Moneris and a confirmation email has been sent.
Payment
All payments are processed securely by Moneris Solutions. DPF Global never receives, transmits, or stores your full credit card number. See our Privacy Policy for details.
Shipping
- We currently ship within Canada only.
- Free shipping on every order.
- Orders typically ship from our Ontario warehouse within 24 business hours.
- Estimated delivery times are provided for convenience only and are not guaranteed once a package is in the carrier's hands.
Warranty
All filters sold by DPF Global are covered by a 12-month warranty against manufacturing defects from the date of purchase. If a filter develops a manufacturing defect within that period, we will replace it at no charge. This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, damage from improper installation, misuse, accident, or use of the product other than as intended. To make a warranty claim, contact us using the details below with your order number.
Returns & Cancellations
Uninstalled products, in original condition and packaging, may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund, less original shipping costs. Installed or damaged products are not eligible for return but may be eligible for a warranty claim as described above. Contact us before returning any item to arrange the return.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, DPF Global will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use or installation of our products, including but not limited to commercial vehicle downtime, lost revenue, or damage resulting from installation by an unqualified third party. Our total liability to you for any cause will not exceed the amount paid for the product giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits any rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law, including provincial consumer protection legislation.
Use of This Site
You agree not to use this site for any unlawful purpose, not to attempt to compromise its security, and to provide accurate information when placing an order or submitting a form. All content on this site (text, images, trademarks) is the property of DPF Global or its licensors and may not be reproduced without written permission.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time; the "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent version. Continued use of the site after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
